Beetlejuice Beetlejuice
HD N/A0 min
After a family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her teenage daughter, Astrid, accidentally opens the portal to the Afterlife.
This film is kinda hit-or-miss. I enjoyed the nostalgic callbacks, quirky humor, and Burton’s macabre creativity. It is a fun, chaotic sequel that brings back the weird and wacky world of the original film. Michael Keaton totally nailed it as Betelgeuse again same wild, chaotic energy as before. Winona Ryder was awesome too and her scenes with Jenna Ortega her daughter has hit the right feels. Tim Burton’s signature spooky vibes and quirky visuals are super fun, so no complaints there.
The movie keeps the quirky, spooky style of Tim Burton alive, with colorful visuals and dark humor. Too many side stories going on, and some characters didn’t even get enough screen time to shine. It’s messy, but if you’re a fan of the OG movie, it’s got enough nostalgia and laughs to keep you hooked.
If you loved the original’s chaotic charm, this sequel might still hit the right notes. Worth watching.
